Website/Blog Flipping
I recently was contacted by a lady named Kim Skinner through a website I am a member of.
In 2007 Kim was fired from her job and had trouble finding a new one. She got on the intenet and started looking for ways that she could make money from home. She struggled for 9 months, while her husband kept them afloat.

Kim walks you through flipping a blog from start to finish. She shows you how she researches her topics to find a blog that is sure to sell. She tells you what plugins to use, how to install them, and how to set them up. She tells you where to find content and extras that make your blog stand out when you put it up for sale.
She then tells you where the best spots are to list your blog for sale, and exactly how to list it. This is where most books on flipping websites and blogs end. Not Kims.
Kim takes you through the end of the sale, and tells you how to deliver the blog to the buyer. She even tells you exactly how she makes recurring income each and every month from some of these blogs, after she has sold them. This information alone is worth the price of this 65 page book!
The crazy thing is, Kim is only charging $27 right now for this ebook. Sales hype aside, I can’t believe how low the price is for this ebook. Similar books with less information are sold for twice that, easilly!
I haven’t contacted Kim back yet, I will be later today. I’m going to tell Kim what I honestly think of her book, and it’s going to be a good review. I’m also going to tell Kim that she needs to raise to raise the price of the book to at least $50. If you follow her blueprint, you’ll make at least $100 for each blog you flip.
Using Kim’s method you will make money flipping blogs. She guarantees it! If you build a blog following her blueprint and it doesn’t sell on either one of two auction sites she tells you about, she will refund the price of the book.
